In the previous installment, we covered how to derive activity nouns from verbs, just like you go from “to read” to “the reading” in English.
Another extremely common derivation is deriving the so-called “agent noun”, which indicates a person “doing the action”.
In English, you just add “-er”: “to read” becomes “the reader”.
